Good morning to Paul and Everyone at Auto Wholesalers,
I am writing to thank you for all the hard work you did to get us approved. I was extremely ill
two years or so ago and my husband and I missed several weeks of work. To make a long
story short we claimed bankruptcy and foreclosed on our house because we had gotten so
behind on bills. I watched a show on lV for Rte # auto of concord. They said they could get
anyone approved. So I called figuring that would mean me. Well little did I know that I was
told I had to put at least 20% down and that they would not suggest I trade in my sidekick.
They said l owed too much on the vehicle. They had told me that once I got a new vehicle
that I should just have the bank come get the sidekick. Well after they told me that I was a
little shocked to say the least. Obviously I did not have 20% down since I had told them that I
had only around 500, to put down. When my husband found out that we could borrow
$1000.00 from his 401K. My husband and I looked to see what junkers we could find so that
my husband would not have to drive the sidekick anymore. After looking at junkers, I
searched on line. After seeing your commercial and looking at your website I decided to call. I
figured it would probably be a no go but I had to try husband's sake. I was very surprised and
a little shocked that I was approved and able to trade the sidekick in and get such an
outstanding vehicle. I told Paul what we were looking for and that we just needed to get rid of
the sidekick and get another vehicle. I put my trust in Paul to pick out a truck that met our
needs. He did exactly that and then some. I never thought in a million years that we could be
driving such a nice truck. I thought we would be looking at some small beat up truck and
when we drove off the lot with the 2002 Dodge quad cam 1500 sport I thought I was
dreaming. I would like to say thank you for all your hard work and for making our families
dream come true! You were honest with us at all times and from my point of viewable to do
the impossible. We will be recommending you to everyone and will be going to for a next
vehicle! When you say you care your not just saying it, not like the other dealers that talk
about getting anyone approved and don't. Or having us drive all the way down there to find
out we were not approved. You worked with us so that we did not have to drive down there
until we were completely approved. You all made us feel so welcome and like we were family
and getting special treatment when in actuality that is how you treat every customer. The
follow up call to make sure we were happy, wow! We will be going back to you if we ever
need to buy another car! Paul, you are the best and I am so glad that I called. It is so nice to
see that not all car dealers are shysters! Could you please thank everyone there for me! Please
thank the owner, Mike in finance, and the lovely girl who typed up our paperwork! Everyone
was great and we are very, very, very happy!

John,
I just picked IJP my 20Q5 Chrysler 300 and felt I had to let you know about my
Experience at Auto Wholesalers and particularly with your salesman Paul Miller.
I originally stopped by in May and wasn't sure what I was looking for and Paul
was very patient and listened to what type of vehicle I was interested in and with
what options. After looking and test driving a few differed vehicles I decided I wanted
the Chrysler 300 Limited with under 30,000 miles. Paul worked very hard to
find the exact vehicle I wanted within my budget and not once did he try to talk
me-into buying- something- else. ln fact, at-one-point ~I said I.would settle for
something less and Paul's attitude was he wanted me to be happy with what I
purchased at Auto Wholesalers and said he would find what I wanted. Well he
did and I got a beautiful Chrysler 300 Limited with more than I excepted and even
the color I wanted. I couldn't have asked for anything more if I custom ordered
the car. .Paul is a credit to his profession and to Auto Wholesalers. My son will
be buying his first car in the near future and we have already decided that he will
buy it at Auto Wholest1lers and from Paul. Like you say in your show 'Repeat
and Referral' there were no gimmicks or hidden costs and the whole process was
very easy. The process was no different when we sat with the finance manager,
no games or hidden costs. He was great and very patient.

This letter to you is at least fourteen years overdue, and all I can
say is, I'm sorry for taking all this time to finally write to you. Many years
ago I watched your program, and heard what you were saying about other
dealers not being honest with their customers, and figured I 'd come on up,
and see what you had to offer. Well, I've never been sorry for that decision,
over the years my family, my friends, and myself have purchased many
vehicles from you without ever having to worry about whether it was the
right decision or not. I even remember once calling you on the phone and
telling you to pick out a car for me in a certain price range, and that I
would buy it sight unseen, and I would be up that night to pick it up. You
told me nobody has ever done that with you before, and I said, I had all the
faith in the world in you, and I knew that I could trust you completely, I was
right, I owned that car for almost two years. John, two of my children,
Chris, and Briana, have bought their first cars from you, and to this day,
buy nowhere else, because of the honesty, and friendliness that you have
instilled in your employee S in your company. It doesn’t matter in which dept
we go into, whether its the Recon dept. with Billy and his people, the Repair
shop, with Brian, and his top notch repairmen, or the front office, with
Karen, and her staff, its all the same friendly, honest people that we're
dealing with. What can I say about your sales department other than, their
the Best, Bill Stickney, and Spiros have been with me almost from the
beginning, I don't know what I would do without them, and I have never
worried about sending anybody to Hooksett Auto-Wholesalers to purchase a
car. As long as you are in business, and we are able, we will always
purchase vehicles from you, and nowhere else.
To the fantastic job that you, and your employees have done
over the years building your business into the number one used car
dealership in New England, my family and I say, thanks, super job.

Dear Kevin and Karen,
I am writing to thank the both of you for everything you guys did for me the other day. I
had no idea what buying your first car entailed and you were both right, it was most definitely
